⏱ Processing time for orders
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the item has been shipped .
- Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
✅ Return and Refund Policy
- You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged , and include all original labels and packaging.
- We do not accept returns of goods that:
- Has been used, washed, or altered.
- Lacks labels or original packaging.
- Cannot be resold due to personal use.
Damaged or incorrect items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos as documentation. Please wait for instructions from our customer service before returning the item.

- Get confirmation and wait for the correct return address from our support team.
- Return the item to the address provided and keep proof of postage.
- The refund will be processed after receipt and approval of the returned item.

If the return is due to personal reasons (incorrect size, style or preference), the customer pays for the return shipping. -
Our responsibility:
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item , ModeTilAlle will cover the return costs.
Please note: Any shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable .
💳 Refund time
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt and confirmation of the returned item.
- Please note that your bank or payment provider may take extra time before the amount appears in your account.

Do not return goods to the original sender's address.
Customer service will confirm the correct return address after reviewing your request. -
No restocking fee will be charged.
However, the customer is responsible for the return shipping, unless the fault is ours.
